Most things look like a marketing problem.
But they’re not.
Things aren’t landing.
The message is right,but it’s not being received that way.
There’s a gap.
Between what something is,
and how it’s understood.
I start with behaviour.
How people actually think, decide and engage.
What’s shaping attention and trust.
Then I look at the brand.
The positioning.
The structure.
The people behind it.
Because that’s where misalignment sits.
From there, I work both ways.
Where this is trying to get to and what needs to shift to support it.
Not by adding complexity, but by getting clear.

Working alongside founders, teams or individuals as a strategic layer.
There’s no fixed structure. I’m not there to execute day-to-day — I’m there to guide the direction it’s moving in.
The work adjusts to the stage, the context and what’s actually happening and what you actually need.
